Refund Policy

FantasyBowl.com offers refunds in the following circumstances.

League Manager Service (Custom Leagues)

FantasyBowl.com offers the League Manager service free for the first four weeks of the new NFL season.

If you pay your League Manager fee after having taken advantage of two or fewer weeks of free service, you are eligible for a full refund of the League Manager fee if the refund is requested within 30 days of payment.

No refunds will be issued for League Manager leagues that have taken advantage of more than two of the four free weeks.

Prize Leagues

FantasyBowl.com offers full refunds for any prize league team whose online player draft has not yet been conducted.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund for your League Manager service or prize league team, please send an email to help@fantasybowl.com with subject "Refund request."

In the email body, include the email address you use to log into the FantasyBowl.com system, the team or league for which you are requesting a refund, and a brief explanation of your need for a refund. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
